Especially with smaller MD offices. They do not have the staff to do this task. So usually, one would have several MD offices on contract to do their tanscriptions. Good money too. Local community colleges offer a course. In just a short time you could be certified. Check your local community college or look in the free ADs paper, like "thirty nickel", or "green sheet" there is usually ads in them that could help you.
