I would advise you to look into training classes at academic colleges. That is what I did. I went to a business/technical school and now I work in the billing/coding profession. It took me a total of about 9 months to finish my courses. I wouldn't think having a felony would be a problem as long as it has been a few years without any charges. Although I am not the one going to be hiring you and everyone feels different. Annual income is going to vary depending on the city you live in and the cost of living.
