I have been exploring this company for about 3 months and just don't feel right about investing $4.00 much less $400. I read the 9 complaints you mentioned and have even talked to the Live Chat person and asked them about it. She said it was because "at home" working was not for everyone and then people get upset and want their money back and they do not refund money!!!

It means that they're probably a bit shady. They'll probably screw you over quite a few times, and it'll be a very frustrating situation.
There are PLENTY of other schools where you can get the same training, and i'm sure you'll have a much better experience.
