If by “fresher” you mean a new transcriptionist, not much. Most companies want 2 years experience for home based work. Other companies will take someone on as an “intern” for awhile and they are not highly paid. In the US, though, a lot of transcriptionists get their experience in a doctor’s office or hospital before working from home. References : http://www.MedicalTranscription.com

So you’d have to speak with companies in India only to find out what they pay. References :
