What are the safe guards against home-based medical transcription/billing as far as keeping my records safe?
What are some of the safeguards that you could or have in place to protect my medical records, and what should I also want to add to keep them safe?
To log in to the system, it’s usually double password protected. There are firewalls hooked up, and each person’s computer should be inspected to make sure there is no spyware on there. There is also no option for the person to print anything at home, even if the computer is hooked up to a computer, they can’t print off the system. I’m not sure what you mean by the rest of your question……

I have specialized in Orthopedics, GIGU, OB-Gyn and Physical Therapy files and having sound knowledge in other sections such as Ophthalmology, Pulmonay and cardiology, Neurology etc.
